Should change name to 6 STAR Estimate was in a timely manner and follow through to completion was excellent. I picked a very hard color and was challenging at times, but I was more than pleased when completed. Even got a 5 star from the boss.

Troy the owner of 5 Star Cabin Restoration and Ty were wonderfull! They were professional, efficient, reasonably priced and did a great job!! Troy contacted me within a few minutes of my going on to Home Advisors last night. We needed our gutters cleaned as soon as possible. We connected first thing this morning, Troy followed up with a text when he was on his way, they arrived cleaned the gutters, blew the deck and got rid of all debris in an hour. Within 3 1/2 hours of our first conversation everything was done. I have been in the customer service field for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Troy and Ty's customer service skills, they went above and beyond and I will most definitely call them again when needed. Thanks so much for all your help, great job!!

Troy did an amazing job on our cabin. Long story short our cabin was in need of retaining and some wood repair. Sounds very simple isn't it? Well it was a huge project mainly because we had a dark colored stain on it and we wanted it to look like those new built cabins with light yellow/orangish stain and glossy look. Troy gave a very reasonable quote. Once he started working we figured the cabin had 2 or may be 3 different stains underneath and he had to work twice of what had originally thought to get the logs to bare wood. He stripped off old stains, sanded the logs, washed and did whatever needed to then finally put on the light colored stain on the logs. He also cleaned the roof, gutters, installed gutter guards, re screened our patio, painted doors, installed window shutters, replaced damaged wood. He did a lot of extra work than originally planned and never complained about it. He even went to home depot to pickup my orders and replaced the exterior lights. And YES he still honored the original quote he gave despite doing extra work. You are welcome to go see our cabin anytime. Troy has been amazing through the whole process and kept me updated with pictures and phone calls. We made the right decision to work with Troy and will do so in future as well.

They stopped the water from flowing into my basement and garage in one day. Even worked in the rain! Workers were knowledgeable and worked hard. Troy was a professional who listened and made realistic fixes.

Troy was extremely responsive to my messages and helpful with coordinating. I live in CA but have a home in TN so it is sometimes difficult to schedule and coordinate due to proximity and time zone differences. But Troy was easy to work with and quick to respond to my needs of getting a section of the gutter fixed before the next rains came-which was within about 5 days of me calling. Will definitely use 5 Star Cabin Restoration again; and recommend them to friends in Knox Co.

In under 30 days Troy and his team was able to get our cabin up and online including Deep Clean after updates and all new furniture was put together and installed. Yes, I said and deep clean too. Nope, they don't clean but they will liaise with the cleaner's and insure the cabin is all ready for them to arrive! And that is not all! Troy has been consistent and responsive with my calls, questions and concerns I had about our cabin. He went through our inspection report and fixed the items that required attention and advised we can do the others when we have a gap in a turn or in slow season! That was honorable, appreciated and shows integrity. Nonetheless, our cabin was ready to go online in 30 days and they completed the following:

And then hauled all the trash from deliveries and old furniture to the dump or put in storage!

We are owners of Summit View, and had a great experience working with 5 Star Cabin Restoration. They restored all three of our bathrooms as well as completing some other general maintenance. The 5 Star Cabin Restoration team is very professional; we had excellent communication throughout the project despite being in different states. Troy and his team built a new railing for our deck and did an amazing job! Quality work for a reasonable price, what more can you ask for? Cleaned up afterwards so our cabin was guest ready.
